The World of Rich

I was born October 5, 1981 in Pontiac, Michigan to Keith and Mary Rowland. When I turned 8, we moved to Mesa, Arizona where I’ve been ever since. In 2004, the house was sold and my brother and I got a place together. When he graduated college and went to California, I got my first apartment to myself.

I went to High School at Mountain View High School and then to college at Collins College to study Web Design and Multimedia. Dad gave me my first job working for him at Rowland Network Communications, creating graphics and other media elements for websites he was creating for clients.  I have had many jobs here and there, but through it all, I have been doing odd projects here and there under the guise of Rowland Multimedia Productions. I created this business to do what I love, even though I can’t make a full time living from it, yet.

In 1997, Mark Hoggatt gave me my first chance to work in the soundroom at the Mesa Church of Christ. Several deacons have come and gone in the multimedia department, but I’ve been doing that ever since. My passions include sound mixing and multimedia creation.

I am currently unemployed, trying to find out what I want to do next. I am still doing projects here and there, but I need to find a full time gig. If anyone hears of anything, or can give me some advice, please let me know.
